Stake KYC readiness checklist

Use this checklist before submitting ID, proof of address, selfie/liveness information, or before resubmitting after a pending or rejected review. It is designed to keep your next step legitimate, consistent and privacy-first.

Important: This checklist is educational only. It does not guarantee verification and it does not support fake KYC, bypasses, purchased accounts or password sharing.

How to use this checklist

Start with account ownership, then move through ID quality, proof of address, pending or rejected review signals and safety boundaries. The goal is not to upload more files; it is to understand whether the file you are about to submit matches the exact request and belongs to the real account owner.

If several items below are uncertain, pause before resubmitting. A calm review is safer than uploading multiple inconsistent documents or trusting someone who offers a shortcut.

Before submitting ID

The account belongs to the person completing verification.

Your personal details match the ID document.

The ID is current, readable and unedited.

All required corners and details are visible.

The document type matches the requested step.

The image is not blurry, compressed, cropped or covered by glare.

You are not using borrowed, edited, synthetic or fake files.

Before submitting proof of address

The document shows your full name.

The full residential address is visible.

The issue date is visible and recent enough for the request.

The issuer name or logo is visible.

The address matches your account profile as closely as possible.

The document is complete, not a cropped screenshot of a partial page.

The document belongs to the real account owner.

If your review is pending or rejected

You have read any official message carefully.

You know whether the issue is ID, proof of address, pending review or account safety.

You are not resubmitting the same flawed document unchanged.

You are not opening duplicate accounts to avoid review.

You are not searching for fake KYC or bypass methods.

You have checked the rejected guide if the status changed from pending to rejected.

Account safety checklist

You are not buying, renting or borrowing a verified account.

You are not sharing passwords, login codes, seed phrases or wallet access.

You understand that no one can guarantee approval.

You know that future checks can happen after an account appears verified.

You are following local laws, platform rules and responsible gambling boundaries.

You ask for general guidance before trusting urgent seller claims.

Where to go next

If you need the full process, start with the Stake verification guide. If your issue is document quality, read Stake KYC documents. If the problem is address evidence, use the proof of address guide. If the review is pending or rejected, read the pending guide or rejected guide.
